The processing center comprises 24,000 sq feet State of the Art facility located in Detroit Michigan. The cannabis processing center has been completed in record time to be suited for a “plug and play” design. Namely, the facility can be partitioned to offer a wide array of distinct cannabis operations including processing, co-packing and white labeling. Greenway Analytical LLC will be the main tenant who will deploy their operations in approximately 15,000 sq feet. The remaining 9,000 sq feet will be awarded to the incoming tenants who would like to build and conduct their operations on the facility premises.
